How It Works

Four simple steps to honor your hero.

  1. 01

    Complete Application

Fill out the online form with sponsor and hero details — name, branch, service dates, and a short bio.

  2. 02

    Upload a Photo

Submit a clear photo of your hero — ideally in uniform. Renewing an existing banner? No new photo is needed — the Foundation already has the original on file.

  3. 03

    Secure Payment

Complete the sponsorship — $120 / $125 to renew an existing banner or $190 / $195 for a new banner (mail-in check / online card). New banners include hanging hardware.

  4. 04

    Banner Displayed

Your banner is printed and installed on a post in Orwigsburg from Memorial Day through Veterans Day each year.

Two tiers: $120 to renew an existing banner (we already have the photo on file) or $190 for a brand-new banner, which includes hanging hardware. Online payment by credit card adds a small processing fee ($125 / $195).
